We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 14 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you would like a refund, please contact us to arrange a return - returns are at your own cost - we recommend that you get a "Certificate of Posting" receipt from the Post Office (this is free of charge) for any items which are returned.
Once the item has been received we'll process the refund. Postage charges will not be refunded.
If you have received an item which is defective or damaged please contact us before returning the item.
If you would like to exchange an item then please contact us first to arrange the replacement item and payment for postage of the new item. Please note that we will not dispatch any items without payment or until the original item has been returned. Returns are at your own cost - we recommend that you get a "Certificate of Posting" receipt from the Post Office (this is free of charge) for any items which are returned.
Postage charges will not be refunded and additional postage will be charged or deducted from refund due.
You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, if your order has already been dispatched then you will be required, at your own cost, to return the goods in their original condition and packaging before a refund will be issued. Postage charges will not be refunded.
Payment is processed through PayPal, we do not receive your payment details and therefore we do not store them.
Orders will be held until payment has cleared.
You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, if your order has already been dispatched then you will be required, at your own cost, to return the goods before a refund will be issued. Postage charges will not be refunded.
We use Royal Mail for all of the shipments, please expect delays to their service at peak times or public holidays.
Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct as we do not edit the addresses before shipping.
PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for items that go astray in the post, and thus we are not liable to cover costs or losses.
Tracking an Order
If you have not selected a tracked shipping option at the checkout then we cannot track your package.
If you want the reassurance of a tracked package then please select the correct shipping upgrade before you complete your order or contact us to discuss your options.
We try to use as little plastic as possible and we're consciously trying to minimise wasteful packaging.
Stock Availability & Quantities
The quantity available on the webshop should be the amount of actual stock we have, however there can be a delay to stock updates between the store checkout and the website checkout so there is a margin for error.
Occasionally we don't have as much stock as stated, in these cases we will contact you:
- you can choose to have the the available stock
- or you can wait for more stock
- or cancel the order :-(
